About The Check-In Collective
The Check-In Collective was founded on a simple belief that luxury travel should feel personal, intuitive, and effortlessly rewarding. Every journey we design is rooted in the idea that exceptional experiences come from thoughtful planning, insider access, and a deep understanding of what truly elevates a trip.
As a boutique agency, we focus on delivering meaningful value – not necessarily the lowest price, but the greatest return on your investment. Through our relationships with the world’s top luxury hotel brands, cruise lines, and preferred partner programs, our clients receive VIP treatment from the moment their reservation is made. Upgrades, exclusive amenities, personalized welcomes, and elevated recognition are not rare bonuses. They are the baseline.
Travel can be complex. Your experience shouldn’t be. The Check-In Collective exists to make every step seamless, supported, and tailored entirely to you.

About Maddie, The Founder of The Check-In Collective
I founded The Check-In Collective after 8 years in the travel industry and a clear desire to serve clients in a more personal and meaningful way. I wanted the freedom to craft experiences with intention – not just booking trips, but helping people travel better, smarter, and with more confidence.
My specialty lies in luxury hotels, VIP experiences, and ensuring clients receive exceptional value for every dollar they spend. I believe that true luxury isn’t about extravagance for its own sake. It’s about thoughtful upgrades, elevated touches, and the peace of mind that comes from having someone who genuinely cares about your trip.
I’ve visited more than 100 countries (with a personal goal to eventually see them all!), and those experiences shape the way I guide my clients today: with curiosity, honesty, and a deep appreciation for the transformative power of travel.
When you work with me, you have an advocate, as someone who anticipates your needs, handles the details, and ensures you’re treated like a valued guest long before you ever check in.
